It feels like the month of August flew by. Lots of things have happened - like seeing a meteor shower ; I traveled to New York for a long weekend and actually drove to the east village on a Saturday afternoon, missed my return flight to Portland by 1 day, and hiked the 2nd waterfall loop in the gorge.Here are some photos I've taken this past month in no particular order . I will admit the red truck inspires me to slow down more often. The mist from the fountain just reminds me of leisurely walks to class and the ocasional few I missed because life is so much more interesting.

Experiencing life is more important than class sometime...and I am a big proponent of getting a good education.
